Jennifer Garner was originally born in Houston Texas on 17 April, 1972. However, she was raised in Charleston West Virginia. Her dad, William John Garner, was a chemical engineer at Union Carbide. The mother of her Patricia Ann taught at a local college. In order to follow in the footsteps of her father, she earned an engineering degree in chemical science. However, because she wanted to follow her dream of becoming actress, she relocating into New York to try her luck in the movies. When she was not appearing in Broadway shows, she worked as waitress.
